• The property will be professionally managed, and our company will handle all cleaning, communication, minor maintenance, and repairs throughout the entire lease term. (Property will get deep cleaned 4 - 8x a month)

• Each property that we acquire will be assigned a cleaning, communications, and maintenance staff to ensure that the property is kept up for cleanliness and maintenance regularly. This reduces wear and tear compared to renting to a long-term tenant.

• Property will always be in pristine “for sale” condition as it gets cleaned for every guest.

• We provide all of our properties with a $1M insurance policy that will cover almost any incident should it occur.

• We install external cameras in the front and back of each property as well as noise sensor monitors to ensure we run a tight ship.

• All properties that we acquire are handpicked so that they coincide with our strategic business model. Location, monthly rent, floorplan, & management are all part of identifying the perfect property.

• Our managing partners have 750+ credit scores.

• We require a security deposit for each guest.
